The problem that team was face

The first challenge that I had faced during the production in this project is the concept of level design. For me, the endless runner's level design are not same with the other game genre. It need to think about the difficulty of the obstacle order, the repeatability of the obstacle should not be too high, and the unique creativity of the game must be maintained. For this perplexed, I had research a lot different endless runner game as the reference and get the opinion from different design lecturer.

the second challenge that I have face is the team management. Due to the first project experience, I dare not put too much pressure on the team members because I did not want the team break up and make a lot of conflict, so I gave them more flexible time to complete the task. During the production, I realize that the workload of the project had delay, because I did not give them a time limit, many team members did not put too many effort on this project, which caused the workload miss the deadline. After that, I started discussing their situation with each group member and set a reasonable deadline for them.

The biggest problem that I face in this project is, all of us had highly expected to the scope that we had set in this project. Due to the limitation and time limit, we could not complete all the task that we was set up. Then, the team have discuss and make the decision to cut down the work to more focusing in polishing the game to let the game playable. In this project we had learned that, we need to understanding each other pro and limitation and set up the scope that we can do it better.
